This is the single point of contact for all matters related to these Terms, including complaints, cancellations, and general enquiries.
TribesArena.com is an online listing and matching platform. It enables individuals, sole entrepreneurs, and companies to publish and discover opportunities to co-found, co-own, and build businesses and assets in the framework of a TRIBE - a co-ownership structure composed of shareholders and AI-supported operations, without traditional full-time employees.
The platform charges fixed fees for listing, profile visibility, and application services as described in Section 4 and in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), available at: www.tribesarena.com/OWS.pdf
Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. is not a party to any co-founder, equity, shareholder, or investment agreement between platform users. We do not mediate, broker, guarantee, or endorse any arrangement made between users as a result of using the platform. All such arrangements are made directly between the relevant parties, outside the platform.
The platform is designed as an environment for forming high-risk, high-upside business relationships, including co-ownership and venture creation. Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. does not guarantee any outcomes, including successful matches, business creation, or financial results.
Tribes Arena is not a job portal, recruitment agency, employment intermediary, investment advisor, or financial services provider.

4.1 General
The platform offers both one-time services and recurring subscription services, in accordance with the current offer published at www.TribesArena.com and detailed in the GTC available at www.tribesarena.com/OWS.pdf.

4.2 International Tax
Detailed rules regarding withholding tax (WHT), tax residency certificates, and international tax treatment are provided in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) available at www.tribesarena.com/OWS.pdf.
4.3 One-time services
Certain services are provided once upon payment, for a defined validity period (typically 3 months from purchase). These include but are not limited to: creation of a TRIBE or IDEA listing, and individual applications to a TRIBE. Each application to a TRIBE constitutes a separate purchase. One payment covers one application to one TRIBE.
4.4 Subscription services
Certain services are billed on a recurring basis (typically every 3 months). These include but are not limited to: renewal of an active TRIBE or IDEA listing, and renewal of an individual profile in the SOLE directory. Recurring subscriptions continue automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.5 Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under its own terms of service and privacy policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept Stripe's terms. Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. does not store payment card data.

4.6 Refunds
No refunds are granted once a listing, profile, or application has been published or processed. No refunds are granted for partially used subscription periods. Refunds may only be considered in cases of proven technical failure attributable to the platform.
4.7 Right of withdrawal
By completing a purchase of a digital service, you expressly request immediate commencement of service delivery and acknowledge that, once service delivery has commenced, you lose the right of withdrawal under Art. 38(1) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
The platform includes an AI-powered chat assistant available on www.TribesArena.com. By using the chat assistant, you acknowledge that:
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You use such outputs entirely at your own risk.
This is not financial or legal advice. Evaluate all opportunities with your own qualified advisors.
The platform does not provide direct messaging between users. All contact between parties facilitated by the platform is mediated by Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. staff.
When a user submits an application or inquiry (e.g., applies to a TRIBE), the relevant information is reviewed and forwarded by a member of the Tribes Arena team to the appropriate party. Decisions regarding the forwarding of applications and the facilitation of contact are not made exclusively by automated systems.
All interactions facilitated by Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. are limited to purely administrative forwarding of user-submitted information. Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. does not evaluate, verify, recommend, rank, or endorse any user, listing, or opportunity. Any decision to engage with another user is made solely at your own discretion and risk.

You agree not to:
8.1 User responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the content they submit, including TRIBE listings, IDEA listings, individual profiles, and application materials.
8.2 Content licence
By submitting content to the platform, you grant Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, display, reproduce, and use the submitted material within the platform and, where applicable, in promotional communications. You retain full ownership of your content.
8.3 Moderation
Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. does not proactively monitor or verify all user content. Content may be published before review. We act upon notice if content violates applicable law or these Terms.
Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. may edit, hide, suspend, or remove any listing, profile, or content without prior notice if it violates these Terms, the GTC, or applicable law. Financial consequences of listing suspension or removal are governed by the GTC available at: www.tribesarena.com/OWS.pdf
8.4 No verification
Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. does not independently verify the accuracy of information provided by users in their listings or profiles. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any arrangement with another party identified through the platform.
All content on the platform created or commissioned by Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. - including but not limited to texts, interface design, platform logic, and visual materials - is the property of Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.1 AI-generated visual content
Some visual materials used on the platform - including graphics, illustrations, and images - are generated using artificial intelligence tools. Such materials are created under paid commercial licences held by Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. Their use on the platform is lawful under the terms of those licences.
AI-generated visuals are used for informational and illustrative purposes only. They do not depict real individuals, real locations, or factual events unless explicitly stated.
9.2 User content
By submitting content to the platform, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to that content and that its publication does not infringe the rights of any third party.
9.3 Licence restrictions
Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use Tribes Arena's intellectual property other than as strictly necessary to use the platform for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or attempt to replicate the platform's structure, logic, matching mechanisms, or business model. You may not use the platform or its outputs to build competing services.
The platform integrates third-party components including payment processing (Stripe, Inc.) and AI chat infrastructure. Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, accessibility, or data processing practices of any third-party service. Use of such components is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. does not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o., its directors, shareholders, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or from any content you submit to the platform.
Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or act in a way that may harm the platform or its users. In such cases, no refunds will be granted. We reserve the right to permanently delete accounts and associated data.
Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, cyberattacks, third-party service outages, legal or regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
Tribes Arena Sp. z o.o. may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, including available products, AI chat functionality, listing categories, or platform features, at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, contact us first at: contact@tribesarena.com (we respond within 10 business days). The parties agree to attempt resolution via direct contact before initiating formal legal action. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union, supplemented by mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always published at www.TribesArena.com. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Updates to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) do not constitute an update of these Terms of Use, unless expressly stated otherwise.
